Pan-European post merger integration
G3 Global was engaged to assist our client in the post merger integration process whereby the business processes and systems required alignment in order for the new merged organisation to operate as one.
In the process, G3 Global actively lead the integration process which included liaison with country Financial Directors across Europe in order to ensure that the statutory and legal implications were understood, as well co-ordinating legacy system and SAP system development teams to ensure the smooth migration across from legacy systems to SAP. Migration went to plan smoothly with multiple European countries integrating business process and systems on time.
Since this project, G3 Global has been engaged a number of times to assist in high level strategic initiatives and conceptual reviews.
